Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for using Circle Suite lawfully and respecting the rights of other people and businesses.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Prohibited uses

Customers and their authorized users must use Circle Suite lawfully and respect the rights of other people and businesses. Customers may not:

Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, unlawful impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity.

Send spam, deceptive marketing, unlawful telemarketing, or communications without required permission; falsify sender identities, consent records, business registrations, or campaign information.

Evade opt-outs, DNC/DND restrictions, consent withdrawal, carrier blocks, spending restrictions, or security safeguards by changing numbers, agents, campaigns, workflows, or accounts.

Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights; upload unlawfully obtained or unauthorized materials.

Access another account without authorization, attack infrastructure, exceed permitted access, extract protected technology, reverse engineer restricted components, or use unauthorized interfaces.

Create deceptive reviews, fabricate testimonials, purchase fake social indicators, suppress reviews deceptively, or condition a review incentive on positive or negative sentiment.

Use AI for discriminatory or unlawful decisions, deceptive impersonation, prohibited regulated advice, fraud, or other uses forbidden by the Circle AI Terms.

Use the standard Services for PHI/HIPAA-regulated processing or put full card credentials, CVV, financial-access secrets, or authentication secrets into ordinary CRM or AI fields.

Use the Services as an emergency communications system or provide access in a way that violates applicable sanctions, export controls, or binding provider restrictions.

2. Restricted industries and content

Restricted industries and content require a feature-specific review. A business's industry alone does not establish permission for every communication or AI use. Lawful non-PHI use by a healthcare business does not authorize uploading patient information. Payday lending, gambling, credit repair, debt collection, controlled substances, weapons, political outreach, and other carrier-restricted categories must not be activated through communications or AI features without confirming whether the applicable provider permits that exact use. A legal activity can still be prohibited by a provider.

3. Investigations and enforcement

Customers must cooperate reasonably with relevant abuse investigations and lawful verification requests. Circle Suite may require correction, restrict an affected feature, remove unlawful content, suspend, or terminate as reasonably necessary under the Agreement, binding provider requirements, or law. Where appropriate and practicable, we provide notice and an opportunity to correct; urgent risks may require immediate action. Enforcement must preserve legally required records and non-waivable rights.

4. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or infringement to legal@thecirclesuite.com. This general reporting address is not a representation that Circle Suite has registered a statutory designated copyright agent. An applicable designated-agent notice will be published only after the required registration and operational process are completed.
